What is T10 Steel?
T10 steel has high strength and wear resistance. After quenching, there are undissolved excess carbides in the steel, so the wear resistance is high. It is used to manufacture high-end samurai swords with sharp edges and tools with slight toughness. It has relatively high oxidation resistance and corrosion resistance. In order to adapt to different use environments, other elements are often added, such as molybdenum, vanadium, tungsten, titanium, niobium, boron and so on.
