Refund and Returns Policy

RETURN POLICY

Our refund and returns policy lasts 21 days. If 21 days have passed since your purchase, we can’t offer you a full refund or exchange.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging, or we may charge a 30% restocking fee.

If the return is caused by the consumer, consumer should be responsible for the shipping fee. The specific fee should be based on the express company you choose. And we do not pay tax on returns. If due to our reasons, the goods received are damaged or not correct, and the consumer is not required to bear the shipping fee for this reason.  we cannot provide refunds for engraving or other types of customized products.

If you need to cancel your order, please contact us within 8 hours of placing your order. After more than 8 hours, we need to charge 20% of the value of the items.  If you contact us after it’s been shipped, we are not able to recall the order. 

Before you need a refund, please contact Email:{Service:@zorokatana.com} and note the order number and reason for the refund. We will reply and process it within 24 hours.

Return/Refund Process

  1. Please email Service@Zorokatana.com first and we will reply to you as soon as possible. Please tell us the details of your order in the email: your name, order number, and reason. We will provide our warehouse address.
  2. Put the items in the original packaging. Returns are allowed if the packaging is in good condition and the product is unopened, on the premise that it does not affect secondary sales.
  3. Hand the package over to your carrier. After returning the package to us, please provide the tracking number and the website for tracking logistics information.

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.
No restocking fee to be charged to the consumers for the return of a product.

Receiving Defective/Incorrect/Damaged Items

If your product is found to be defective or damaged, we will initiate a refund or replacement based on product availability. Please follow these steps:

  1. Contact our customer service email at Service@zorokatana.com within 21 days of receiving the product.
  2. Provide your order number and details about the defect or damage.
  3. If necessary, please provide clear photos of the defective or damaged product.
  4. Our customer service team will evaluate this information and replace the product with a new one or issue a refund based on inventory availability.

Late or Missing Refunds

If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again. Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. Next, contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted. If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us at Service@zorokatana.com.

Exchanges

If a defective/incorrect item is received, our responsibility is to replace the item with a new/correct one, otherwise, the buyer should be responsible for return shipping fees, and we do not refund the shipping fee for the package that we shipped to you.If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at:{Service:@zorokatana.com}

Warranty

We take great pride in our products and design them to be long-lasting. We offer a worry-free 180-day warranty from the date of receiving the order. Once we review and confirm that the product has a manufacturer defect, we will decide whether the product can be repaired or replaced.
